1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RenoProofs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RenoProofs is a photo documentation and sharing platform designed for service contractors. It allows users to create job records, upload before and after photos, and share galleries with clients via a unique link.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate contractor documentation
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to RenoProofs. By uploading content, you grant RenoProofs a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clients.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans (Solo and Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts are limited to 3 jobs. RenoProofs reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RenoProofs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenoProofs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
